Bull Run Run 50 Miler
Goodies

We know that you are running the Bull Run Run to see the trail and especially the bluebells. But you like the goodies. Admit it. Here is information about the treasured finishers pins.

Finishers Pins

BRR Finishers Pins
Five Time Finishers Pin

We have finishers pins for Bull Run Run (see images below). (Special thanks to Jeff Wilbur for his work on designing the pins.) The pins are free to those who qualify. They will go to finishers as noted below. Pins are available only at the event. They will not be mailed and will not be available any other place.

If you have an "old" BRR pin, the quartermaster will only issue a new one if the new one will signify more finishes than the one you already have. So if you have a one-time finish pin, but have finished four times, you won't be issued a new series pin until you have finished five BRRs.

These pins will be distributed as follows:

  1. The one year pins will go to all finishers of any year of BRR who don't already have an "old" BRR pin that signifies any number of finishes.
  2. The five year pins will go to all persons who have finished BRR at least five times and who don't have an old BRR pin that signifies five or more finishes.
  3. The 10 year pins will go to all persons who have finished BRR at least 10 times and who don't have an old BRR pin that signifies 10 finishes.
  4. The 15 year pins will be distributed for the first time this year.
  5. Only one pin will be issued at one occasion. Friday before the event is one occasion for this purpose, and Saturday at the finish line is another occasion. So a person could pick up a one-finish pin on Friday and a five-finish pin if he finishes his 5th BRR on Saturday.
