Withdrawal/Refund Status
This page lists those runners who have requested withdrawals from the 2011 BRR. When a withdrawal is requested, we first take the runner off the entrants list. This does not happen immediately. It is done manually. Then, we issue a refund. (The refund will be issued through PayPal unless you entered through the wait list and paid with a check.)
If you are an entrant who wants to withdraw, go to the withdrawal form.
There are three lists below -- people who:
- Are awaiting removal from the entrants list;
- Are awaiting a refund; and
- Have been sent a refund.
Each list is below. This page was last updated on November 27, 2011 at 11:36 a.m. If you think it might not be up to date, you may update it yourself.
This may be information that no one really needs to know. But it will help us keep the withdrawals and refunds organized, and will spur us to do all of this in a timely fashion. Also, it will help all to understand the flow of the entry process. Finally, it is consistent with the VHTRC's policy of transparency.
