Runners Who Have Requested Withdrawals

This is the final list of refunds for those who withdrew from the entrants list. Additionally, we have listed the runners who did not get off the wait list and to whom we issued full refunds.

This page lists those runners who have requested withdrawals from the WHM. When a withdrawal is requested, we first take the runner off the entrants list. This does not happen immediately. It is done manually. Then, a refund is issued through PayPal if the runner is eligible for one. Refunds are only made if a person on the wait list can take the place of the runner who has withdrawn. (The refund is a credit on however the runner paid in PayPal. If the runner was on the waiting list with a check, we will write you a check.) Consequently, there are three lists. These lists are for the women who are:

  1. Awaiting removal from the entrants list
  2. Awaiting a refund
  3. Have received a refund

Each list is below.

This may be information that no one really needs to know. But it will help us keep the withdrawals and refunds organized, and will spur us to do all of this in a timely fashion. Also, it will help all to understand the flow of the entry process. Finally, it is consistent with the VHTRC's policy of transparency.
