Women's Half Marathon Training Run
This low-key training run is geared toward runners preparing for the Women's Half Marathon on Sept. 13, 2014, though all runners -- including men -- are invited.
We'll run the first part of the course (the infamous Do Loop) together; this is about 8 miles. You can run longer by tacking on out-and-back miles on the second half of the course. You can also do fewer than 8 miles by creating your own out-and-back run on the second half of the course.
No aid, but we'll have light refreshments at the end. Bring your own water bottle/hydration system.
There are bathrooms near the parking lot. No shower facilities are available.
