It is very easy to do. Click on "My account" to the bottom left of this page and then push the Edit tab. Your picture will be resized on upload. Pictures so far (need to be signed in to view).

It should work
I just changed mine. One problem. I changed it, but it did not look as if I had. That was because the old page was in the cache. Hit reload and you should see the new picture. If you still can't do it, let me know and I will try to help you.
