If you contact us, we will go through the usual IT help desk protocol of first blaming you, then asking you to reboot, then quizzing you on what brain dead version of Windows you are on, then asking if you are behind a firewall and to look in your SPAM filter even though that has nothing to do with it, and finally acknowledging there is a problem but stating that we have to go because our carpool has to beat the traffic on 395.
