Entry closes. All entries must be received by this date but the race may fill up earlier. No refunds after this date.
Monday, May 7
Final list of entrants with runner numbers available on or about this date.
Friday, May 16
2:00 - 4:00 PM - Runner Check-In Clubhouse, 2nd Floor
4:00 - 5:00 PM - Trail Brief Clubhouse, 2nd Floor
5:00 - 6:00 PM - Dinner at conclusion of briefing
6:15 PM - Deadline to turn in Drop Bags
Saturday, May 17
4:00 - 4:45 AM - Continental Breakfast for Runners
4:55 AM - The Blessing, at the start-finish line
5:00 AM - The START, on grass in front of Clubhouse
6:00 PM - Pacers may join Runners at any aid station reached after 6 PM
10:40:45 PM - Sim Jae Duk course record (17:40:45)
Sunday, May 18
3:38:29 AM - Sue Johnston female course record (22:38:29)
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Pick up Drop Bags on 1st floor.
5:00 PM - Race closes. Awards Ceremony follows
in Clubhouse, 2nd Floor or outdoors in good weather
Race Headquarters is on the second floor of the Clubhouse. Drop Bags should be deposited at appropriate Aid Station signs on the first floor, outside the Clubhouse. The lower doors will be locked at night.
The official entry list and runner numbers will be published about May 1.
