Welcome to the Web site for the Massanutten Mountain Trails 100 Mile run. MMT is brought to you by the Virginia Happy Trails Running Club. It is a well organized event over trails of the Massanutten Mountain in the George Washington National Forest in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.
We hope that this Web site will give you the information you need about MMT. The information can all be found on the links at left.
We are confident that if you run MMT, you will not be sorry and you will surely say, "Massanutten ROCKS!"
Note: We had thought that the 211 East aid station might have to move to the Picnic Area we used in 2006. That is not going to happen. The 211 East aid station will be in the parking lot it was in last year. The aid station distances and cutoff times on this site are correct.
