Meeting Place: Dowells Draft, about 15 miles west of Churchville, VA near TWOT.
Start Time:
7:00 am
Sunday, July 17 we are going to run an out and back on the Grindstone 100 course starting at 7:00 am from Dowells Draft (mile 20/80 of Grindstone) and going to the top of Elliotts Knob (mile 10/90).
We will have aid at mile 7ish and 13ish. This run is 20 miles and has big climbs and lovely, long descents. Dowells Draft is located just off the intersection of Rte 250 and Braley Pond Rd about 20 miles west of Staunton.
