Intro to Trails #4- Fountainhead Regional Park

What: This is the 4th in our introduction to local trails.  This time we are finally heading outside the Beltway- and folks can go as long as they.  As always, you don't have to be fast (this is a social run- all paces are possible).  We'll be running out-and-back on the Bull Run Trail so there's no need to worry about getting lost.  Run till your content and simply turn around.  Distnaces will likely range from 5- to 15-miles.

Who:  All are welcome.  Once again the PB&J faction of the VHTRC, and the Lululemon Run Club of Bethesda are working together to get more folks on single track trails in a low-key manner

As always, there are no fees or sign-ups required.  Just come have fun.
