VHTRC Awards Reception

The VHTRC is hosting a reception for VHTRC members. The reception will be an excuse to socialize. Some time during the reception, we will give out the VHTRC awards for 2011. This is more about fun than awards. Think "party" not "Academy Awards."

The reception will start at 6 pm. It will be held at a location in Cabin John, Maryland. Details on how to get there will be sent when you RSVP. You need not bring anything. The party will have food and refreshments. The dress will be casual.
All VHTRC members and their significant others are invited to the party, but please RSVP. Help us have enough food for you without our wasting your money on food that will be thrown away and RSVP as soon as possible but no later than February 15.

Party Committee: That new boy on the Board, Joe Clapper, has agreed to head up the party committee this year, in what will be a challenging effort to fill the shoes of his predecessor, Pam Gowen.
